In case of cleft lip nose deformity there is depressed anterior wall of maxilla i.e cheek, short nasal collumella, deviated nasal septum and deformed alar cartilage. All these defects re corrected by surgicl procedures called cleft lip nose rhinoplasty. Cleft Lip nose rhinoplasty is a special type nose defect correction associated with cleft lip defect. IT is done after age of 16 yrs when facial growth of cleft lip child is complete. There is defect in lip scar and nasal ala septum and dorsum, all need to be corrected.
