Enlarged male breast is called Gynaecomastia. This is corrected by Liposuction and removal of excess fatty tissue (breast disk). This technique is called suction assisted lipectomy (SAL). No visible scar mark is left, no chance of reccurence in this technique. Done under general or local anaesthesia and the patient is discharged on the same day of the surgery.
