Reduction Mammoplasty is the surgery by which enlarged sagging breast is brought into normal size & position. Correction only ptosis of breast (Sagging) is also done in small breasts. This is done under general anaesthesia. A vertical (Linear) midline scar is visible in lower half of breast, which become indistinct with time. Hospital stay is around 2 days.
